Brucker Education Center Redevelopment

SDUSD “Listening Session” April 28

San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to developers on Monday April 1, 2025 for redevelopment of the Brucker site at 4100 Normal Street.

SDUSD has also invited interested developers to the community engagement session on Monday April 28 at 6:30pm to hear what community members want for the Brucker site.

This is the only opportunity to let developers know what we want for the Brucker site before proposals are submitted to SDUSD in August and the Board of Education makes a decision in December.
