Executive Board Meetings are where your board of directors, including elected officers, meet to plan, strategize, and ensure the workings of UHCA. Board meetings follow an agenda, which will normally be published 72 hours ahead of the meeting, and minutes will be published after the following meeting when they are approved.

This is the first time UHCA has produced a comprehensive annual report to our membership, part of the new UHCA board’s commitment to openess and transparency. This report details income, expenses, balance sheet, details on major expenditures, and a comparison to the prior year, including explanatory notes.
