The University Heights Community Association (UHCA), founded in 1984, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, member-supported community association dedicated to improving the quality of life and the sense of community in San Diego’s University Heights.

Quarterly Community Meetings

UHCA Community Meetings are our quarterly chance to gather together as neighbors and learn about issues that affect our neighborhood. In addition to UHCA news, events, and updates, we feature representatives with news from the library, our elected officials, planning groups, and more. Special guests are also invited to speak on topical issues that pertain to University Heights. Our meetings have moved to the HSI Fang Temple due to construction at Birney Elementary . We look forward to seeing you there!
